Discussion of the bill “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Sea Ports of Ukraine”

Partners of Law Firm “Jurline” Oleg Kutateladze and Vladimir Zubar has participated in the meeting on the bill “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Sea Ports of Ukraine” organized by the Union of Port Operators, Employers’ Federation and the Association of Transport of Ukraine “Transport Union”.

During the discussion, the experts agreed that the bill requires modification. According to managing partner of Law firm “Jurline” Vladimir Zubar adoption of such bill will reduce the rate of development of the industry.
