International scientific-practical conference "The tenth legal disputes on topical issues of the private law" is devoted to the memory of E.V. Vaskovsky

The name of the outstanding jurist, Doctor of Civil Law Yevhen Volodymyrovych Vaskovsky is associated with many fundamental works in the field of civil law, civil procedure, maritime trade law, organization of advocacy, legal ethics, legal techniques, interpretation of law and a considerable arsenal of knowledge, acquired as a result of the law practice, that are still relevant today.

Today, on May 28, 2021, on the basis of Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University was held the annual International Scientific and Practical Conference "The tenth legal disputes on topical issues of the private law" devoted to the memory of E.V. Vaskovsky (to the 30th anniversary of the proclamation of independence of Ukraine) in the online format.

The program of the event was full of interesting scientific reports. The managing partner of the Law firm “Jurline" Volodymyr Zubar with the topic of participation of public legal entities in the civil relations and the lawyer Khrishcheva Oleksandra, who has reported on the prospects for improving the legislation on agricultural cooperation in Ukraine, became speakers of the conference.
