ПProcedural sabotage and abuse of procedural rights (review of the practice of the courts of the Odessa region)
Abuse of procedural rights is a phenomenon that is gradually, but slowly, eradicated from domestic legal proceedings, which is favorably promoted by the current procedural codes.
However, for a complete and quick cessation of procedural sabotage, not only the correct regulatory framework is needed, but also appropriate actions both on the part of the participants in the trial (the parties and their representatives) and on the part of the judges.
