Reconstruction of "khrushchyovka": details of a new draft law from the Ministry of Regional Development

The issue of updating the "khrushchyovka" - temporary housing built in the 50-80s of the last century, whose service life has expired, has been on the agenda for a long time. The Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities has developed a draft law, that should regulate the issue of comprehensive reconstruction of outdated housing stock.
