The Committee on civil and family law of the Bar Council of Odesa region held a meeting, which was dedicated to 150 anniversary of civil law and procedural law specialist, advocate Vaskovskyi Evgeniy Volodymyrovych

On 19th of November 2015 the Committee on civil and family law of the Bar Council of Odesa region held a meeting, which was dedicated to 150 anniversary of civil law and procedural law specialist, advocate Vaskovskyi Evgeniy Volodymyrovych.  

The committee meeting was opened by the Chairman of the Committee on civil and family law of the Bar Council of Odesa region, assistant professor of the civil law department of National University “Odessa Law Academy” V.M. Zubar, who told about life’s path, academic and professional career of E.V. Vaskovskyi.

Also, the Chairman of Malinovskyi district court of Odesa L.G. Lichman has delivered a report about theoretical and practical aspects of the defence of civil rights and interests by the court.

During the meeting advocates of Odesa region discussed problem questions related to choosing the remedy on protection of civil rights by the court and peculiarities of their execution, which have arisen during their advocate practice, which will contribute to prevention of such situations in future and effective defence of civil rights.
