The lawyers have defended the interests of the client in a dispute with the Ministry of Infrastructure

The team practices dispute resolution juridical firm “Jurline” has successfully defended client’s interests in the proceedings against the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine declared illegal and the abolition of the order of dismissal client company as director of public enterprise within the scope of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine .  

The conflict between the head of state enterprise and the Ministry has arisen as a result of illegal dismissal and the subsequent dismissal of the head because of an alleged breach of an employment contract.

At trial, the lawyers were able to prove the absence of grounds for wrongful dismissal and director of the company.

Now the client of the firm reinstated. The order of reinstatement was issued after the issuance of state enforcement resolution to impose a fine on the officials of the Ministry responsible for the non-enforcement of court.
