The second sitting of the Committee on Civil and Family Law under the Bar Council of Odesa region and Civil Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Odesa region

On April 16, 2015, in the conference hall “Amsterdam” (Impact Hub Odesa) with support of the Law Firm “Jurline” and Centre of Law Research named by Savigny hosted the second joint sitting of the Committee on Civil and Family Law of the Bar Council of Odesa region and Civil Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Odesa region.  

The participants of the meeting gathered to discuss problem issues of legal regulation and practice in disputes in inheritance relationship.

Amongst the participants of the discussion were: the chairman of the Committee on Civil and Family Law – Volodymyr Zubar, deputy chairman of the Bar Council of Odesa region – Andriy Kostin, Secretary of Civil Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Odessa region – Andriy Drishliuk, the judge of the Court of Appeal of Odesa region – Olena Severova, as well as practicing advocates.
