Why does a business need a legal audit?

Nowadays in Ukraine there is a problem of a clear definition of the concept of legal audit, as well as procedures, mechanisms and standards, that governing the procedure for its conduct. There is no legal act that may regulate these issues. Thus, the objects of research, the degree of detail and the leading criteria for conducting a legal audit remain only at the discretion of the provider of these services.
