Basic information

Voronenko Anastasia has 6 years of practical experience in business consulting, corporate and tax planning, drafting international commercial contracts, interaction with government agencies.
Her activities also include representing clients in the courts of Ukraine.
Anastasiia has been actively involved in due diligence of cross-border structures and investment projects, supports the activities of Ukrainian and foreign companies in Ukraine with regard to tax, customs, currency, antimonopoly and labor legislation.
In 2016, Anastasiia completed an internship at the law firm in Germany.
Anastasiia is interested in legal innovations and LegalTech initiatives.
