- informational and organizational holding of the general meeting of shareholders / participants;

- advising on the circulation of securities and accounting for property rights to them;
- advising on improving the system of distribution and control of the powers of the governing bodies;
- preparation of regular and irregular information of issuers;
- pre-trial settlement of corporate conflicts and more.
